Frequently Asked Questions

Orders will ship in a timely manner. Most orders placed before 12:00 pm (EST) will be sent out that day. We ship most items by USPS or Fedex, and will provide a tracking number. See the Shipping Policy page for more info.

Yes, we send you the tracking number for your order when it is shipped.
The Florida State Sales Tax rate is 7%, it will be applied to any order being shipped to a Florida address. Orders shipped outside of Florida will not be taxed. See the Shipping Policy page for more info.

All items must be returned in new, unused condition, in the original package with all the tags still attached. Special Orders (the order of gear we do not keep in stock) can only be returned for store credit.

Yes, we work with trusted security industry leaders to keep Worldwide Fly Works protected by the strongest data protection solutions available. In addition to making sure your payment method is safe & secure, we take the privacy of your personal information (address, email address, phone number, etc.) very seriously.

All gear that uses a sizing chart will have a Size Chart tab next to the full product description. All size charts are directly from the product’s manufacturer.  If you have questions about any item, please give us a call or email us with your question.

Generally out of stock items are not able to be ordered, however the situation may arise in which an out of stock product was ordered. If this occurs our first course of action is to contact you and let you which item is out of stock. If it less than $10 we will issue a refund for the missing item. If it is over $10 and if the vendor has the item in stock and we can get it to you in a timely manner, we will backorder the item and ship it to you as soon as possible. If not, you may chose to be refunded for that item or to substitute it with another item.
